I'm a Realtor® with ERA Fernandina Beach Realty, and Assistant to Kelli Allen, serving buyers and sellers across Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach and all of Nassau County. Whether you're selling the home you've loved for years, buying your first place, or making the move from out of state, I'm here to guide you from the first conversation through closing day and beyond. Real estate isn't a side job for me. It's my full-time focus, which means I'm available when you need me and always up to date on the local market.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and I bring nearly 20 years of professional administration experience to every transaction. You won't find anyone more organized or detail-oriented, or better at spotting potential issues and heading them off before they ever become problems. I learned this business from the incredible, award-winning Kelli Allen, first as her assistant in 2024 and now as a fellow agent at ERA Fernandina Beach Realty. Those intensive years of training taught me that great real estate service is built on integrity, honesty, preparation, clear communication and relationships that last long after the keys are handed over.

Islander Since 2022

In 2022, we traded our Orange County, California zip code for salt air, live oaks and beach mornings. We bought our home sight unseen, with Kelli as our Realtor. I remember every part of that experience, from insurance quotes and flood zones to learning a brand-new market, and it makes me an especially good fit for clients moving here from away.

But my work is just as much about the people who already call this island home. I keep a close eye on the local market, so I can help sellers price and present their homes to stand out, and help local buyers move quickly when the right home comes along. I know the island's neighborhoods, from historic downtown cottages to new construction off-island, and I'm proud to help my neighbors with their next move, whether it's across the country or just across the bridge.

Rooted in Community

Amelia Island isn't just where I work. It's home. I serve on the Board of Directors of Keep Nassau Beautiful, the local nonprofit that keeps our beaches, parks and roadsides clean through community cleanups, recycling and beautification projects. When I'm not showing homes, you'll find me on the trails at Fort Clinch, out for an early run on the beach, or exploring the island with my kids.

I believe the best way to serve a community is to be part of it, and that's what I bring to every client, whether you've lived here for decades or you're just discovering it.
